XASHIMBA CONSTRUCTION RENOVATION & MAINTENANCE is a close corporation that focuses on Training and Development of Skilled Labor as it seeks to encourage mostly the young people to have skills that will enable them to be more proactive and innovative in the self employment sector as a means of combating the ever-rising unemployment levels.

BRIEF HISTORY OF XASHIMBA CONSTRUCTIONS

This Close Corporation was formed by two professional in the building industry with high levels of experience. With interests to invest in the construction industry, we have been involved for sometime working under this field in middle and senior management.

Our Approach

We are a highly motivated team of people mostly from the previously disadvantaged sector of the communities and we have set high standards aimed at not only meeting our client requirements but also going a long way in keeping them satisfied and happy. Our ability to achieve solutions is derived from commitment, support, flair and enthusiasm. We actively seek to reduce stress and provide strong support to our clients by providing the best durable services and up to speed maintenance work.

Our Strength

Xashimba boasts its strength on the experience of its founding members. The organization believes in the training and development of average skilled human resources with the main objective of employment opportunity creation. One of the founding members and Miss Xashimba Nandisa who is responsible for marketing and contract sourcing.

The organization has engaged M.G. Kruger and Associates as its financial consultants who are assisting with the maintaining of financial records. The challenge is to give our clients good quality job as agreed to South African standard.

Our Focus

The growth and success of any emerging small organization is the competition that prevails on the market especially from large competitors who are well established and financially sound. We need to build up our financial resources to enable us to be relatively competitive especially when it comes to contesting for big tender. However, we are determined to meet the marketing and operations departments, respectively, who have between them vast combined experience in marketing and technical know how in this type of trade industry.
